Because so much of these automated processes no longer require humans to perform the work manually, automation can result in increased workflow, better client experiences, and significant cost savings. The increased time savings frees up employees to handle other tasks as well thereby again increasing the efficiency of the workplace. Companies that are not focused on digital document transformation and increased automation will likely hand over market share to the competitors that put these innovations to work for them.
