CheckHub Pass enables companies to confirm a person’s identity directly on site through a fast, secure and time-limited biometric verification process.
It helps organizations reduce the risk of identity substitution, strengthen on-site security and improve the traceability of identity checks.
Why verify identity on site?
Identity verification completed during onboarding is not always enough.
One person may complete the onboarding process and administrative checks, while a different person later shows up on site.
Without an additional identity check on arrival, this situation can be difficult to detect and may expose companies to legal and financial risks.
CheckHub Pass allows companies to reconfirm a candidate’s identity upon arrival on site, ensuring that the right person is actually present.
How does CheckHub Pass work?
1. Arrival on site
The candidate arrives at their work location. An identity verification can then be performed directly on site before access is granted.
2. QR code scan
A QR code is displayed at the entrance, reception desk or another designated location.
The candidate scans it directly from their smartphone.
3. Secure identification
The candidate enters their email address to log in.
4. Biometric verification
The candidate takes a selfie directly from their smartphone.
The captured image is compared with the identity document photo previously validated during onboarding in order to confirm a match.
5. Identity confirmation
If the match is successful, a temporary CheckHub Pass is generated.
The CheckHub Pass remains valid for a limited period of time (for example, 15 minutes) and can be configured according to the company’s requirements.
6. CheckHub Pass display
The CheckHub Pass can be presented to a site manager, security officer or receptionist to visually confirm the person’s identity.
The Pass can display useful information such as:
- the person’s photo
- the verified identity
- the validity period
- the on-site supervisor
- assignment or contract information
