CheckHub, Innovative SaaS startup in document management, is building the future with favorable financial winds
Brussels, October 18, 2023 – CheckHub, a leading technology company in the vibrant world of Software as a Service (SaaS), has completed a successful €1 million financing round. Lead Investor for this round is existing shareholder Cofinpar. In addition, the majority of the existing shareholders have participated in the fundraise, along with 3 new investors (including via a convertible bond).

CheckHub is a cloud-based platform that automates manual tasks related to the constitution of files during the onboarding of employees, customers or users. With CheckHub you can effortlessly collect, complete, sign and validate documents from any device and location. The solution enables the collection, validation, filling, signing and conversion of documents and forms, ensuring that these time-consuming tasks are no longer sources of errors and wasted time.
CheckHub has experienced significant growth since the beginning of the pandemic and has established itself as a reference in the industry. Thanks to this recent funding, the company will be able to expand its presence in international markets and continue to invest in technological innovation.
