In your opinion, what is the biggest challenge staffing agencies are facing today?
Probably the combination of document fraud and compliance with GDPR rules.
On the one hand, staffing agencies are facing an explosion of fake documents — a trend that will almost certainly accelerate further with the rise of AI tools — as well as identity theft, which forces them to put robust verification measures in place.
