In this interview, Svetlana shares her perspective on the challenges of maintaining platform quality and security, and explains how automation helps users save time in their day-to-day work.

From your perspective, what are the biggest challenges in ensuring the quality and reliability of a platform like CheckHub?

For me, security is a very important part of quality, because people upload their documents and personal data to CheckHub. We need to make sure this data is handled safely. We also regularly add new features and changes, so it’s important to make sure they don’t break existing functionality.

Which CheckHub feature do you believe is a real game changer for clients?

It’s hard to choose just one feature. For me, it’s the automation of working with contacts and their documents. We can get data from a document after parsing and use it to update the contact. A Validation Set, once created, can automatically check the document and the extracted data. If everything is correct, the document is validated and the user doesn’t need to check it manually. If it’s rejected, the user only needs to check the reason. Once the process is set up, you can quickly get the result without doing all these steps manually.

What advice would you give a client to get the most out of CheckHub?

My advice would be to share your feedback and real use cases with us. Maybe we already have a feature that can make your work easier and faster. And if not, we can look at what can be done and how a new feature could be implemented.
