As CEO, what do you think is the biggest challenge facing staffing agencies today?

Even today, many staffing agencies continue to use manual processes to process documents and complete files, sometimes even on paper. This method is now outdated. It requires a lot of time and resources, when those precious hours could be used for what really matters: placing candidates with client companies.
