In this interview, he shares his thoughts on the biggest challenges facing staffing agencies today, and how clients can get the most out of CheckHub.

In your opinion, what is the biggest challenge staffing agencies are facing today?

This would be managing the large volumes of incoming workforces while simultaneously navigating a highly regulated environment such as the Belgian labour market. But, as is often the case, where there are challenges, things become really interesting. Together with our partners and customers operating in this field, we notice that newcomers in Belgium and the younger generation are very eager to enter the job market and perform well.

Which CheckHub feature do you believe is a real game changer for clients?

It may sound surprising, because people might expect me to refer to some of our latest or upcoming high-tech upgrades, but for me it is still the notification management CheckHub provides. The idea that you can, in just a few clicks, create a candidate profile and have it practically manage itself (document collection, reminders, …) from start to finish, is simply wonderful.

What advice would you give to a client to get the most out of CheckHub?

I would definitely advise them not to hesitate to ask us questions. We’re a relatively young company with a lot of potential and we’re evolving quickly.

We can provide tailored solutions to our customers, but there may already be a ready‑made solution in the “CheckHub closet” that perfectly meets their needs.
But without the right questions, we can’t uncover it.
