Mitch leads CheckHub’s marketing and sales strategy with a clear goal: to grow CheckHub and strengthen its impact in the HR Tech world.
As VP Revenue, what is your biggest challenge in growing CheckHub?
CheckHub has experienced strong growth in recent years and has established itself as a key player in the temporary staffing, recruitment, and more recently, healthcare sectors — with use cases such as onboarding, identity verification, and HR document workflow management.
However, this recognition is currently concentrated mainly in Belgium. Our main challenge is to replicate this success internationally, especially in France, while clearly communicating our unique positioning in an already well-established HR Tech ecosystem.
That said, the signs are promising: the level of digitalization in HR departments, particularly in staffing and recruitment, shows a real need. I see huge potential not only in France but also in the Netherlands, Spain, Germany… It’s an exciting and pivotal challenge for the future of CheckHub.
Which CheckHub feature do you believe is a real game changer for clients?
There are several, but if I had to choose one, it would undoubtedly be advanced identity verification combined with the company’s custom rules.
Today, recruitment and staffing companies are increasingly confronted with issues such as fake candidates, illegal work, identity theft, and the exploitation of vulnerable people. These risks harm everyone involved: the candidate, the staffing agency, and the client company.
Our solution goes far beyond simple document verification. We combine document authenticity verification technologies (similar to those used at border controls) with business logic tailored to each client — from face matching to cross-validation of all collected data.
This approach ensures maximum security while reducing administrative workload. It’s a concrete example of artificial intelligence serving compliance and trust in HR processes.
What advice would you give a client to get the most out of CheckHub?
CheckHub may seem easy to use — and that’s intentional — but in reality, it’s a powerful HR workflow management platform, far more than just a document management tool.
Our Customer Success team is here to help clients explore all possibilities: automations, custom rules, integrations… We are constantly developing new features: electronic signature, instant translation, intelligent parsing (bank details, social security cards, CVs…), AWS connectors for storage, and more.
