In your opinion, what is the biggest challenge staffing agencies are facing today?

In my opinion, the biggest challenge today is identity fraud. We’re seeing more and more fake documents, sometimes even generated by AI, and identity theft attempts that look increasingly convincing. Agencies need to verify candidate identities quickly without compromising on security — and that’s a tough balance to strike.
